Cosa possiamo imparare dalle Oche, incredibili migratori e strateghi del gruppo?
L’obbiettivo del Corso è quello di esplorare tematiche inerenti il team integrato, attraverso una modalità ludica.
Programma
Si utilizzeranno teorie afferenti alle tematiche della Sicurezza sul lavoro, comportamento sicuro, Psicologia positiva ed umanistica.
Tecniche ed esercizi di propedeutica ed improvvisazione teatrale, antroposofia, Teoria U, scrittura creativa, roleplaying, social presencing theatre.

What can we learn from geese, incredible migrators and group strategists?
The course aims to explore themes related to integrated teamwork using a playful, engaging approach.
Program
The course draws on theories related to Workplace Safety, safe behavior, as well as Positive and Humanistic Psychology.
Techniques and exercises include theatre improvisation, anthroposophy, Theory U, creative writing, roleplaying, and Social Presencing Theatre.
